The company was organized and registered to become the corporate vehicle in the  re-development and marketing of an unfinished residential subdivisions located in Barangay Granada and Felisa, Bacolod City covering gross areas of 7.9134 hectares and 53.0 hectares respectively.
The company is now developing about 33 hectares of the property for sale in the socialized and low-cost market segments of Bacolod City. This includes about 7.5 hectares to be developed by Habitat For Humanity Foundation, Philippines into affordable house and lot packages for Public School Teachers and other deserving Pag-ibig members in government and private sector.
It plans to sustainably grow its share in these market segments of the residential development market within Negros and Panay Islands.
